Assistant Director: Data Analysis and Reporting (Ref #: OHSC 1/2025)
Salary: R 552 081 per annum (plus applicable benefits)
Requirements:
A BSc degree in Statistics/Computer Science. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics. Good communication (written and verbal) and computer literacy skills. Report writing, analytical assessment and evaluation skills. Willingness to work outside normal hours. A valid driver’s license.
Advantages: A postgraduate qualification in data science/biostatistics. Experience in business analytics.
Duties:
Assist with the identification of data analysis needs. Assist with the development of syntaxes used for manipulation of datasets. Assist with the management of datasets from the OHSC information systems. Assist in producing statistical information and reports to guide feedback to stakeholders and recommendations provided by the OHSC. Assist with the packaging and sharing of data for further analysis
